A rotating cocktail series
We're pleased to introduce you to Mavericks - a rotating guest bartender series.
Each season, we invite a notable bar talent to create a full cocktail menu that will be served for three months. Expect highly creative libations and menu themes: anything goes. Our ambition is to provide a place for high-profile cocktail industry “Mavericks” to play, experiment and explore their ideas.
For the Spring 2018 season, Lord George will collaborate with the talented and awesome dude who is Brian Means; whose menu is all about the Par-taay that is 'Spring Break'.
In addition, Lord George will donate 50¢ of every Mavericks cocktail sold to the talent's charity of choice. For his season, Brian has chosen American Cancer Society.

...Is a revered local bartender and cocktail genius (@myamericandram), who you can currently find behind the stick at Pacific Cocktail Haven. Previous to PCH, Brian served as Bar Director for the Mina Group, where
he oversaw bar programs across the United States.
Before working for the Mina Group, he was Head Bartender at Dirty Habit, where he invigorated the restaurant with a new, seasonal beverage program. Means has also worked behind the bar at the Fifth Floor and Zero-Zero in
San Francisco’s SOMA district, where he collaborated with a number of the city’s influential bartenders. In his free time, Means can be found perfecting his creative drinks, or guest bartending at venues throughout San Francisco.
